Welcome to Merge Tile - 2048 (the "App"), operated by DevNix Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

3. In-App Purchases

• Coin packs, "Remove Ads," and other purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
• Virtual items (coins, power-ups, themes, grid unlocks) have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Virtual items are non-transferable between accounts or devices.
• If you uninstall the App, virtual items may be lost. Re-installation does not guarantee restoration unless you use cloud save.
• Refund requests must be made through Google Play Store.

4. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. Ads include banners, interstitials (between games), rewarded videos (optional, for bonuses), and app-open ads.

You may purchase the "Remove Ads" option to disable banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available because they grant you in-game benefits.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Engage in fraudulent activity related to in-app purchases

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all graphics, sounds, code, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "2048" gameplay concept is in the public domain, but our specific implementation, artwork, and code are proprietary.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to: cheating, fraud, abuse, or any conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our business.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Game progress or virtual items will always be preserved

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, virtual items, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six (6) months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
